A Talent Agency for Modern Creators
Authentic Creator Representation & Brand Partnerships
Good Day Agency is a talent agency built on a simple belief: the most meaningful creator partnerships begin with authenticity.
We represent modern creators and develop brand collaborations rooted in thoughtful alignment. When creators stay true to the voice that built their audience, partnerships feel more natural, more engaging, and more impactful for everyone involved.
Our focus is on representing creators thoughtfully while helping brands connect with trusted voices in ways audiences genuinely respond to. Rather than forcing creators into campaigns that don’t fit, we build partnerships that make sense for both the creator and the brand.
For creators, that means representation designed to support long-term growth while protecting the authenticity that defines their platform.
For brands, it means collaborations with creators whose voice, audience, and values naturally align.
How Good Day Works
-
Good Day operates at the intersection of creator representation and brand collaboration.
-
Creators should never have to compromise the voice that built their audience. We focus on opportunities that feel natural to their content and community.
-
The strongest partnerships happen when creators and brands genuinely make sense together. Alignment leads to collaborations that resonate with audiences.
-
Our focus is not simply on one-off campaigns, but on helping creators build lasting careers while helping brands develop meaningful relationships with trusted voices.
Founded by Sisters Jaclynn Buchanan & Julie White
Good Day was founded by sisters Jaclynn Buchanan and Julie White, who share a deep belief in the power of authentic creator relationships.
After years of working with creators and brands, they saw how often partnerships were approached in ways that felt transactional rather than meaningful. Creators were frequently asked to promote products that didn’t reflect their voice, while brands missed opportunities to collaborate with creators in ways audiences could genuinely trust.
Together, they built Good Day around a different philosophy: creators should be able to grow their careers without sacrificing authenticity, and brands should partner with creators in a way that respects the trust those creators have earned.
What began as a shared vision has grown into an agency focused on representing creators thoughtfully and building partnerships that feel natural, creative, and aligned.
Our Perspective
The creator economy has transformed how brands connect with audiences.
People trust the voices they choose to follow. The creators they watch, learn from, and feel connected to.
At Good Day, we believe the most successful partnerships respect that relationship.
Creators should be able to grow their careers while staying true to the voice that built their audience. Brands should collaborate with creators in ways that feel natural and aligned with their content and community.
When that alignment exists, the result is more than a campaign. It becomes a collaboration audiences genuinely believe in.
